OverviewSkillGroomers Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is a manpower staffing and recruitment solutions provider. The company works closely with organizations to help them identify, evaluate and hire qualified professionals for a wide range of roles.
Over the years, SkillGroomers had built a large database of candidate resumes. However, as the volume of data grew, managing and utilizing that information efficiently became increasingly challenging. The organization needed a centralized platform that could find, organize and match the right person to the right opportunity.
