OverviewJust Smile Charitable Trust (JSCT) is a grassroots NGO based in Mumbai. Founded by trustee Sneha Visaria, the trust actively works towards animal welfare, tree plantation initiatives and community healthcare programs through medical camps and outreach activities.
But despite their impactful work, they faced a common challenge many non-profits know too well. People wanted to support them, but without a visible online presence, trust was hard to build and generosity was hard to channel. To support these goals, JSCT partnered with Crescibit to design and develop its official website.

ChallengesAs the trust grew, a few everyday hurdles began to limit their reach:
Lack of Online PresenceJSCT did not have an official website. Potential donors had no official place to learn about the trust's mission or verify their work. Without a professional online home, many hesitated to contribute, even when they wanted to help. The team relied on word of mouth, which limited their ability to grow their supporter base.
Manual Animal Adoption ProcessAnimal adoption inquiries were primarily managed through WhatsApp. Interested adopters would reach out but there was no structured way to share available animals. Photos and details got lost in chat threads, slowing down the process. The team spent valuable time repeating information instead of focusing on care and placement.
Limited Visibility of ImpactThe trust regularly conducted rescue operations, plantation drives and medical camps, but there was no centralized platform to showcase these activities. As a result, supporters and donors had limited visibility into the work being carried out by the organization. This made it harder to build a community of caring, engaged advocates.

Activity & Impact UpdatesCreated a section where JSCT can regularly share updates about animal rescues, tree plantation drives, medical camps and other community activities. Enabled supporters to stay informed about the organization's ongoing work and achievements. This regular sharing builds a sense of community and keeps the trust's work visible and alive.
Animal Adoption PlatformDeveloped a dedicated adoption section featuring rescued dogs and kittens available for adoption. Added a simple interest form so kind hearts can express their wish to adopt without pressure. Enabled the JSCT team to review requests and directly connect with potential adopters.
Credibility & Community TrustEstablished a professional online presence that reflects the trust's work and commitment to social causes. sssProvided transparency into activities and initiatives, helping build confidence among donors, volunteers and supporters. The trust now has a digital foundation they can expand as their mission grows.
